for the Cache Valley Association of REALTORS®

Candidate for 2022 President-Elect…

Brittany Andrus Engel & Voelkers

Brittany has been an agent for 7 years with Youngblood Real Estate until their switch over to Engel and Volkers – Logan. Brittany has a background in teaching, and has a passion for educating the public about real estate. She prides herself on being an active and involved member of the community. She has served on most of the committees in the Cache Valley Association of Realtors and has most recently been heavily involved with the Advocacy committee.

Brittany Graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Home Economics Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. She taught Home Economics at a Junior High School in Arizona for six years. It was in Arizona where she met and married Ron. They moved to Cache Valley because it’s where they wanted to raise a family. For Brittany and Ron, family is everything, they consider themselves the luckiest people around to have curated a professional life where they can work alongside each other.

Brittany’s favorite past time is real estate. Her family jokes about how she gets through vacation so she can get back to work but when she’s not doing that, she really does love to spend time with Ron and their two children. They love road tripping as a family and exploring the U.S.  Brittany lives for a good home project, loves hosting parties and people and has a reputation for her cake bites.

Brittany is here to serve. She’s running so that she can contribute to the Association in a bigger way. Her biggest goal is to raise the bar for Realtors in the valley by increasing education, skill and professionalism.

Candidates for Director… (4 positions available)

Wyatt Olsen Boomerang Real Estate Services

I’m a 30+ year resident of Cache Valley and feel like I have practically grown up here. Other than stints in the US Army and living in Brazil, the Logan area has always been my home. My wife Amy and I currently live in Logan, where we spend our time chasing kids, skiing and fishing. I try to stay active in my neighborhood, making/maintaining friendships and just trying to be a good dude. I also serve on the Woodruff Community Council.

Cache Valley is still, in my opinion, a hidden gem where the beauty, industry and people all come together to make it a wonderful place to practice real estate. I see the value in protecting our profession and standing up for our neighbors, friends and family and their rights as home and business owners. I promise to do my best and to work with others to continue to make this the best profession ever!

I have been a Realtor for 14 years and owner/broker of North Realty for 4 years. I live and breathe all things real estate! I am passionate about home ownership and am an RPAC major contributor. If I am chosen to be a director, I hope to find the hidden leadership talent in our association. We have so many amazing members and I hope we can have more people involved on our committees. This will help to bring new ideas and perspectives. I am also a huge believer in Realtor professionalism and excellence. In fact, I was the first Broker to earn my Commitment to Excellence designation through NAR. Adam Tripp Achievement Realty, LLC

I am passionate about the real estate industry specifically in helping lift and uphold the standards of practice for Realtors.  I have served on many committees throughout my time volunteering with Cache Valley Association of Realtors but more specifically the Advocacy Committee that I have a personal passion for.  I am here to assist and create even greater relationships with all of CVAR agents and partners.

As Women’s Council of Realtors President in 2020 and this year 2021 I have sharpened my leadership skills, learned better delegation techniques, and how to help lead a group of people for a common goal.  I am positive those skills will help serve me if elected to the CVAR Board of Directors. Thank you.

Jen Luman Engel & Voelkers

I am a full time Realtor and love what I do. Since I earned my license in 2014 I’ve served on multiple CVAR committees and am currently finishing a 2 year term as a Director. I was awarded Cache Valley REALTOR of the YEAR award in 2019 and work hard to maintain that level of excellence through learning, serving and hard work.

I grew up in Ohio and moved to Logan in 2001 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati to spend the summer with some family members who lived in the valley and never turned back. I attended graduate school at USU and decided to make Cache Valley my home. When I’m not working you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors and spending time with my family. I’d love the opportunity to spend another term as director to continue to serve our board.

Celeste Huss Parker Real Estate

I have been working in the real estate industry since 2003. I am a wife to an amazing husband, and mother to two great kids. I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, Hamilton, Jimmy Fallon, and The Office. I have done everything from serving as a mortgage loan officer and flipping distressed properties to staging homes and, of course, working as a real estate agent. I was born and raised in Cache Valley and have loved living here.

I have enjoyed serving on the Board of Directors this past two years and would love to serve again. I really enjoy the relationships that have developed with serving the amazing agents in our area.

Shannon Poppleton Return Properties

Hi!  I am Shannon Poppleton.  I am a Realtor with Return Properties.  I have had my license for nine years and although I have had my ups and down like most agents, I have loved it!  I have worked as a team with my husband, Ethan who I also help run our brokerage!

I am excited about serving the Realtors of Cache Valley as a board member.  It is my time to give back!  I loved serving on the RPAC committee last year and am looking forward to the opportunity!

Isabel Jones Keller Williams Success Realty

I have been in the Industry for 7 years and am very passionate about Real Estate and serving others.  I have 4 beautiful children and they are the reason why I do what I do.  I have learned over my Real Estate Career that when you bring people together you can achieve more than you ever thought possible.  I’m passionate about helping others see that vision and being a mentor to help them achieve their dreams.

I know this is an opportunity to serve my fellow Realtors and be more involved.  I am running for the Board of Directors because I want to provide a high level of service to our community and the Association.  Being on the Board will allow me to help make informed decisions that will benefit all of Cache Valley.  I’m excited for this opportunity and can’t wait to serve you!

Ron Andrus Engel & Voelkers

Ron was born in Atlanta Georgia and moved around a bit until he ended up on grandpas farm in milo Idaho. He graduated from Utah state and left for a short time to find a wife but couldn’t wait to move back to cache valley where he and Brittany have decided to call home … hopefully forever! Ron started real estate in 2010 with Jette Youngblood and has been there ever since. He and Brittany both love this profession and those they get to rub shoulders with. Rons favorite pastimes are hiking, mountain biking, fishing and hanging out with the family. Ron is always ready and willing to serve in the association.
