I have been in the Real Estate industry for 15 years. I have an amazingly supportive wife and 4 rowdy kiddos. I am currently proud to be a part of the amazing team of agents at Return Properties. I am a Cache Valley native and love this community. I have had a strong desire to serve the association and want the opportunity to bring my passion to the table. I believe I can bring new perspectives and ideas. We have such strong agents here and I want to provide the tools for you to succeed. We are in this together and together we continue to make this community one of the top places to live in the nation.

Hello Cache Valley Association of Realtors! My name is Shelby Cardall and I am so excited for the opportunity to run for a director position. I have been a Realtor for 14 years and owner/broker of North Realty for 4 years. I live and breathe all things real estate! I am passionate about home ownership and am an RPAC major contributor. The Cache Valley Association of Realtors has been crucial to my career and serving as a director is a way for me to help to give back to this amazing organization and all of its members.

If I am chosen to be a director, I hope to find the hidden leadership talent in our association. We have so many amazing members and I hope we can have more people involved on our committees. This will help to bring new ideas and perspectives. I am also a huge believer in Realtor professionalism and excellence. In fact, I was the first Broker to earn my Commitment to Excellence designation through NAR. I know that if we can all serve together, we can find the collaboration amongst the competition and push each other to be better, to do better and to serve our clients and community better. I am passionate about the real estate industry specifically in helping lift and uphold the standards of practice for Realtors.  I have served on many committees throughout my time volunteering with Cache Valley Association of Realtors but more specifically the Advocacy Committee that I have a personal passion for.  I am here to assist and create even greater relationships with all of CVAR agents and partners.

As Women’s Council of Realtors President in 2020 and this year 2021 I have sharpened my leadership skills, learned better delegation techniques, and how to help lead a group of people for a common goal.  I am positive those skills will help serve me if elected to the CVAR Board of Directors. I am a full time Realtor and love what I do. Since I earned my license in 2014 I’ve served on multiple CVAR committees and am currently finishing a 2 year term as a Director. I was awarded Cache Valley REALTOR of the YEAR award in 2019 and work hard to maintain that level of excellence through learning, serving and hard work.

I grew up in Ohio and moved to Logan in 2001 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati to spend the summer with some family members who lived in the valley and never turned back. I attended graduate school at USU and decided to make Cache Valley my home. When I’m not working you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors and spending time with my family. I’d love the opportunity to spend another term as director to continue to serve our board.

I have been working in the real estate industry since 2003. I am a wife to an amazing husband, and mother to two great kids. I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, Hamilton, Jimmy Fallon, and The Office. I have done everything from serving as a mortgage loan officer and flipping distressed properties to staging homes and, of course, working as a real estate agent. I was born and raised in Cache Valley and have loved living here.

I have enjoyed serving on the Board of Directors this past two years and would love to serve again. I really enjoy the relationships that have developed with serving the amazing agents in our area.

Hi!  I am Shannon Poppleton.  I am a Realtor with Return Properties.  I have had my license for nine years and although I have had my ups and down like most agents, I have loved it!  I have worked as a team with my husband, Ethan who I also help run our brokerage!

I am excited about serving the Realtors of Cache Valley as a board member.  It is my time to give back!  I loved serving on the RPAC committee last year and am looking forward to the opportunity!
