CODE OF ETHICS – Compliance Cycle Ends December 31, 2021
The National Association of Realtors® requires that all members complete a qualifying Code of Ethics course during each compliance cycle. The current cycle started January 1, 2019 and ends December 31, 2021. Qualifying courses must specifically address the NAR Code of Ethics and be at least 2.5 hours in length. Agents who have NOT completed a Code of Ethics course during the current cycle can satisfy this requirement during one of the upcoming FREE courses offered by the Association. They will be held:
- Thursday, May 27th – LIVE @ the Association Office
- Friday, May 28th – VIRTUAL via Zoom
Both courses are available for registration using the Member Portal.

CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) SCHEDULE
The Association encourages education in addition to the required hours set by the Division to improve knowledge of the industry. Courses offered are free to active members of CVAR (unless noted) & seating is limited, so registration is required.

NOTICE REGARDING CE COURSES: For the time being, classes will be restricted to 25 attendees to allow for proper social distancing practices.
