PROPERTY REVITALIZATION
PROJECT
This project seeks to improve the quality of life within the communities encompassed by the Association, by annually organizing funds & human volunteers to conduct a property revitalization project for a homeowner in need.
ABOUT THE PROJECT…
Charlene lives in her family home, where she was raised a child and later purchased with her husband to run the family farm. Charlene’s husband passed away in 1999, but in this home she remained, helping raise her grandson. She has a love for country living, animals and the peace Lewiston provides. Being older in years and widowed, Charlene has worked many jobs to keep this home in her family. She worked as a lunch lady at Lewiston Elementary, cleaning hotels rooms and currently, at K&B’s in Lewiston. Friends & neighbors of Charlene say “she has a heart of gold” and is always willing to lend a helping hand to someone in need. Now it’s time Charlene were the recipient of the same kindness she gives.
The Cache Valley Association of Realtors® is pleased to be working with Mike Hofler of Deep Canyon Handyman Construction on this project. The Association has secured the necessary materials to complete this project, with Mike overseeing the installation.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
