The following is a list of awards given with description, as well as application & nomination information.

Presidential Award
Given to a member of the community who has helped promote the REALTOR® cause of private ownership of property.  May be given to a REALTOR® member or affiliate member, and recipient is chosen by the current Association President.

REALTOR® of the Year Award  CLICK HERE FOR APPLICATION
The Realtor® of the Year Award is awarded to an outstanding Realtor® member. Recipient will be selected based specific qualification, including: Realtor® Spirit, Individual Business Accomplishments, Civic Involvement, Educational Achievements, RPAC Contribution and Transaction History. Realtor® with the highest marks is awarded the honor.

Rookie of the Year Award   CLICK HERE FOR APPLICATION
The Rookie of the Year award is given to a newcomer in the field of real estate who has proven to be an outstanding agent in a relatively short period of time. This award is based primarily on sales volume with additional emphasis on interaction with other agents, participation in the Cache Valley Association of Realtors® and community involvement. Realtor® with the highest mark is awarded the honor.

This award is given to the Affiliate member who has made exceptional contributions to to the Association and its members during the 2020 calendar year.

Commitment to Excellence Award CLICK HERE FOR APPLICATION
This award is given to the Realtor® member who has gone “above and beyond.” The chosen recipient is committed to serving the Association, its members and the community, and makes knowledge of the real estate industry a high priority. Their actions towards clients and customers demonstrates adherence to the Realtor® Code of Ethics and they have been deemed to be held in high regard by their peers.

Good Neighbor Award CLICK HERE FOR APPLICATION
This award is given to the Realtor® or Affiliate member who has made exceptional contributions to his or her community during the 2020 calendar year.

The Awards program was designed to recognize outstanding REALTOR® and Affiliate members in our local Association. Awards are given out yearly, and recipients are either selected by the Board of Directors, or by a point system. Some awards require that an application be filled out and submitted to the Association Office.
