The Association encourages education in addition to the required hours set by the Division to improve knowledge of the industry. Courses offered are free to active members of CVAR (unless noted) & seating is limited, so registration is required.

The Cache Valley Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors meets every month, on the 3rd Wednesday, at 9:00 AM The National Association of Realtors® requires that all members complete a qualifying Code of Ethics course during each compliance cycle. The current cycle (8) started January 1, 2025 and ends December 31, 2027. Qualifying courses must specifically address the NAR Code of Ethics and be at least 2.5 hours in length.
