This project seeks to improve the quality of life within the communities encompassed by the Association, by annually organizing funds & human volunteers to conduct a property revitalization project for a homeowner in need.
Help Us Find Our Next Project
Each year, we will select one property for the “property revitalization project.” This project is meant to help a homeowner in our area clean up and revitalize the exterior of their property, when they otherwise couldn’t do so on their own. Cache Valley Realtors® will supply the volunteers, supplies and materials needed to complete this project. Please see below for further details, including qualifying factors and how to submit a property for consideration.

The property must be within Cache or Rich Counties, Utah, or in Franklin County, Idaho. It must be owner-occupied (not an investment property). The work completed must be something that the homeowner, due to health or financial circumstances, couldn’t otherwise complete on their own.
The project will take place over the course of 3 days and will include landscape cleanup & planting, garbage removal, and if needed, may include house painting and other minor repairs to the exterior of the home. A licensed contractor will oversee the project, and inspect upon completion.
Cache Valley Realtors® will organize volunteers from within the Association. Special skills are not required to help! Just a little bit of muscle and some time. Volunteers will be given a T-Shirt, along with supplies and lunch will be provided. CLICK HERE to sign up as a volunteer.
